Abstract

PT. Catur Global Logistik is a company engaged in logistics transportation with a strong commitment to the timeliness and security of goods during the delivery process. In practice, the company faces obstacles in the form of limitations in systematically monitoring goods deliveries, which impacts uncertainty in arrival times and delays in information to customers. The lack of data integration between operational divisions and customers also gives rise to complaints regarding inaccurate and slow delivery information services. This study aims to design and build a goods delivery monitoring information system that is able to display delivery statuses periodically and in an integrated manner. This system is designed with a user-friendly interface and can be accessed by both customers and internal parties of the company. Delivery status information is displayed in a clear and structured form, to increase efficiency, transparency, and customer trust in the company's services. The results of this system implementation show that customers have easier access to delivery information independently and accurately, while the company has easier access to centralized delivery data. Thus, this system is able to strengthen the quality of logistics services and increase the company's competitiveness in the digital era
