Student disciplinary violations are one of the challenges often faced by educational institutions, including SMK PAB Helvetia. Handling violations that have been carried out manually often takes a long time and tends to be subjective in determining sanctions, thus causing dissatisfaction from students and parents. This study aims to design an application based on the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) that can help schools in providing sanctions objectively, efficiently, and transparently. The ROC method is used to determine the priority weight of the violation criteria, while MOORA is applied to evaluate alternative decisions based on these weights. With the combination of these two methods, the application can provide fair and proportional sanctions according to the level of violation committed by students. The results of the design of this application show that the system is able to process violation data faster, produce objective sanctions, and increase transparency in handling violations. This application is expected to be an effective solution in supporting the management of student discipline at SMK PAB Helvetia, as well as strengthening the relationship between schools, students, and parents through clarity and fairness in the sanctioning process
